Autism

Exercise and active play can be really beneficial for Autistic children and young people. As well as building fine motor skills, coordination, movement and strength, the right activities help our children regulate their nervous and sensory systems, decreasing anxiety and improving their ability to focus and learn.

This library (produced by specialist occupational therapist, Catherine Williams and specialist physiotherapist Stephanie Wheen), has lots of ideas, exercises and games to help our children thrive and be active at home.

Video Webinars

Our webinars are led by qualified therapists and specialist children’s well-being practitioners and are informative as well as offering practical tips and tricks to try at home.

The information is easy to access and understand with a breakdown of topics to enable access to the sections relevant for our children.
