Bob Durie - Chair

Bob is the chair of our Property Committee. Bob is experienced in commercial, industrial and residential projects which enables him to promote and coordinate activity for projects to create a profitable delivery for both commerce and industry and the charitable sector. Bob supports local enterprises in the West of England and actively engage with the health and well-being of the community of both young and old.

Bob aims to deliver a first class professional service with his strap-line being ‘Think Commercially, Act Professionally’.

Christopher Haslam

Christopher is a retired Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Environmentalist. He has 50 years experience in property including the whole development process from planning to building completion and management.  Christopher is a Company Director with experience in finance and running businesses. In recent years, Christopher has been involved in charity work and a very successful fundraising campaign.

David Cotterell - FRICS

David is a Director of Savills (UK) Ltd where he began work in 1988.  His work there concentrates on valuation and consultancy advice to social housing landlords and their funders.  He is also a barrister in private practice and a tenant at Albion Chambers in Bristol, where his work focuses on property-related litigation advice and advocacy to private and corporate clients.

Tanya Voisey - Bsc (Hons) PG Dip NEBOSH

Tanya has over 12 year’s experience in property, working client side and specialising in a unique refurbishment project for Private, Housing Association and Government organisation. In addition to project work Tanya has completed a large amount of Planned Maintenance work. Her current senior management role is in Facility Management ensuring clients buildings are safe, compliant and a great place to be. Tanya is also one of our Trustees.

Alan Northen - MRICS

Alan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in construction of projects including leisure centres and working with listed buildings. He has worked for several national Contractors before setting up a practice of his own. Alan now runs a small Surveying practice specialising in supporting Contractors and Clients with pre-construction activities including scheduling of materials and works required for projects, and costing of the projects.

Louise Seaman

Louise is an Associate Director in the the Colliers International Bristol team. She has many connections in the local area.
