Our work wouldn't be possible without the generous support of our partners.

More than one in ten of the parents in your workforce are caring for a disabled child, half of whom leave work as a result. Our partners are supporting their workforce and the wider community by working with us.

Why Partner With Us

The image reads, 'Over one in ten parents in your workforce care for a disabled child, and more than half leave work to do so,' on a dark coloured background.

At Gympanzees, we believe that real change happens when communities come together. We’re on a mission to create a world where every disabled child and young person has access to exercise, play and friendship, and we can’t do it alone.

Whether you’re a business looking to make an impact, a supplier with valuable resources to share, or someone with a passion for inclusion, there are so many ways to get involved:

Supporting Gympanzees also helps your business. More than one in ten of  the parents in your workforce who are caring for a disabled child, with over half of them leaving work to do so.

By partnering with us, you’re showing your employees you understand and support them, while also helping deliver on your ESG and SDG goals.

However you choose to support us, you’ll be making a meaningful difference to thousands of disabled children and their families.

Why partner with us?

By partnering with us, your company will not only help transform the lives of thousands of disabled children, but also make a meaningful contribution to your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / ESG goals.

  • 1. Promoting Inclusivity and Diversity

    • CSR/ESG Focus: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

    • How Gympanzees fits: Supporting Gympanzees helps break down barriers faced by children with disabilities, promoting equal opportunities and inclusive access to exercise, play and socialisation. This is also implemented across the team with appropriate training as part of our core values. This aligns with DEI goals that many companies prioritise.

    2. Community Engagement and Social Impact

    • CSR/ESG Focus: Giving back to the community

    • How Gympanzees fits: Gympanzees serves local communities by providing crucial services. From 2018–2024, our Pop Ups welcomed over 28,000 visitors for fully inclusive exercise, play and social sessions. Now, through our £8m Project Home campaign, we’re working to open a permanent centre in Summer 2026. A company’s involvement through fundraising, volunteering, or donations demonstrates genuine investment in the welfare of under served populations.

    3. Employee Volunteering and Wellbeing

    • CSR/ESG Focus: Employee engagement and wellbeing

    • How Gympanzees fits: Offering employees the chance to volunteer with Gympanzees not only boosts job satisfaction, but also gives them a real sense of purpose by directly supporting disabled children and their families. These opportunities help strengthen teamwork, build empathy, and create a more inclusive workplace culture, all while aligning with CSR goals to improve employee morale and engagement.

    4. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

    • CSR/ESG Focus: Alignment with global frameworks like the UN SDGs

    • How Gympanzees fits: Supporting Gympanzees directly contributes to:

      • SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being

      • SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities

      • SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities

    5. Brand Reputation and Ethical Leadership

    • CSR/ESG Focus: Enhancing reputation through ethical action

    • How Gympanzees fits: Partnering with a cause that champions accessibility and children’s welfare demonstrates genuine social responsibility. It enhances public perception, shows your brand is committed to inclusion and community impact, and makes clear you care about more than profits.

What an incredible journey it’s been with Gympanzees!  Since becoming their charity partner last year, we’ve loved getting stuck in.

And now, we’ve pledged £107,000 to fund the reception area of ProjectHome.

Set to open in 2026, this will be the UK’s FIRST fully accessible exercise, play & social centre for disabled children and young people.

We’re immensely proud to be backing this life-changing project.”
