Our events are designed to give all the information you need to get involved. You can get a behind‑the‑scenes look at our upcoming spaces, share ideas, and build lasting connections, all while keeping accessibility at the heart of everything we do.
Our Events
Visitor Information Session
Date: Saturday 28th March
When: 11am – 1pm (Arrive from 10.30am)
Where: ICC South Wales, Main Hall
Price: Free (there is a parking fee on exit)
What to Expect:
- Exclusive first look at our outdoor playground concepts, soft‑play zones, and sensory rooms.
- Live walkthroughs of room designs – see how we’re fine‑tuning ramps, tactile surfaces, adaptive equipment and more.
- Q&A where you can ask what you need to know to plan your first visit to our centre later this year.
- Feedback – share your thoughts and ideas with us.
- Accessibility – Older children welcome (There will be a presentation where you may be sitting for up to an hour, if you choose to), this is welcome to anybody who is happy to sit for some or all of that time.
Venue: ICC is a fully accessible venue with changing places, toilets, ramps and lifts. There will also be a secondary space people can retreat to if the session is overwhelming.
Note: There is a parking fee.
